Are the prices shown reseller prices?
These are standard NUXOA rates. Your reselling terms are provided in a personal proposal. The cloud starting price covers 1 CPU core, 1 GB RAM and 10 GB NVMe without snapshots or additional IPs. Both net and gross prices are shown. The “up to” figures are the maximum resources you can select. Find current cloud prices in the customer portal or through the API at /cloud/pricing.
Can I offer dedicated servers to my customers?
Yes. Choose from the available physical servers or discuss your requirements with us. We agree hardware, connectivity, administration and reselling terms for your customer project.
How do managed servers fit into my offering?
You can offer managed applications such as Terminal Server, Plesk, Nextcloud, mailcow, grommunio and GitLab. Together we define which tasks NUXOA handles and which stay with your team, including operations, updates, backups and support channels.
How do I access the API?
The API uses your customer ID and an API key. Find the key in your customer area or request it from support. Examples and available functions are in the API documentation.
