All WEB and BUSINESS packages have a 12-month contract term and a 3-month cancellation notice period. Advance payment saves 1% for 3 months, 3% for 6 months and 5% for 12 months on the package price. The payment interval does not change the contract term.
What is the difference between WEB and BUSINESS?
WEB packages offer 1 to 20 GB of SSD storage and fixed numbers of domains, email accounts, databases and FTP users. BUSINESS S offers 50 GB and BUSINESS M offers 100 GB. BUSINESS does not limit the number of these accounts or domains; the stated storage limit still applies.
What does ‘domains can be added’ mean?
You can connect the stated number of domains to your hosting package. Domain registration is not included. We can help you register a new domain or connect an existing one.
Do WEB packages also include Plesk?
Yes. Both WEB and BUSINESS packages use Plesk for administration. Your available domains, accounts, databases and storage depend on the package you choose.
What if none of the packages is large enough?
For larger web projects, enquire about a custom solution with up to 1 TB of SSD storage. Tell us about your websites, storage needs and specific requirements so we can discuss a suitable configuration.
