AMD EPYC processors and ECC memory power our hosts. Your package defines the vCPU and RAM resources for your application.

Samsung NVMe SSDs provide storage for your virtual servers, holding the operating system, your applications and their data.

Ceph stores three copies of your data on separate hosts. This replication complements the backups used to restore earlier versions of your data.
The hosts have redundant connectivity of at least 2 × 25 Gbit/s. Bandwidth is shared. Each host connects to the Ceph storage network at a minimum of 2 × 100 Gbit/s.
20 TB traffic per month included. Additional traffic: €1.50 per TB, excluding VAT. Alternatively, we can arrange a Gbit/s flat rate or 95th-percentile billing.
View bandwidth optionsWe manage Paperless-ngx together with its database and background services. Large initial imports and concurrent OCR jobs are considered when choosing a plan.
OCR and full-text search make scanned content searchable. Tags, document types and correspondents help organise your archive.
Import files through uploads, a consumption directory or email. We discuss import rules that fit your workflow.
Users, groups and document permissions determine who can view and edit documents.
The service is based on Paperless-ngx. External AI services, custom extensions and their usage charges are not included in the plan.
We review file formats, folder structure and existing metadata. A trial import helps check tags, permissions and OCR results before the full migration. Data migration and custom workflows are quoted separately.

Plans differ by server resources. We do not charge an additional fee per user or document. Available storage and processing load determine usable capacity.
The NVMe specification is total server storage. The operating system, database, search index, originals and generated archive files share this capacity.
