Work and day rates
The following rates apply on working days from 08:00 to 18:00.

Travel costs and time
Travel is charged by distance and time. A flat rate applies within the Fürstenfeldbruck district.

Travel is charged at €0.95 per started kilometre plus €65.00 per hour of travel time. Travel to and from locations within the Fürstenfeldbruck district is charged at a flat rate of €45.00. Direct costs are charged for rail and air travel. Other incidental costs, including taxis, telephone and transport, are borne by the customer. Tax-recognised meal and overnight allowances also apply.
Surcharges outside normal hours
The following surcharges apply in the evenings, at night, on weekends and on public holidays:

- 50 %
- Saturdays
- 75 %
- Sundays and public holidays
- 100 %

Contract term and renewal
E/B/V contracts with a 12-month term renew for a further 12 months unless cancelled by 30 September of the current year.

Which time unit is used for services?
We bill for each started 15-minute period or at a day rate covering a maximum of 10 hours. Our regular hours are 08:00 to 18:00 on working days.
Are prices net or gross?
All prices exclude VAT of 19%.
How are waiting time and travel charged?
Waiting time on site is billed as working time. We charge €0.95 per started kilometre plus €65.00 per hour of travel time. A €45.00 flat rate covers travel to and from locations within the Fürstenfeldbruck district. For rail and air travel, we charge the direct costs plus any incidental expenses.
Which work rate applies to a support package?
The general E/B/V contract rate is €30.00 per started 15 minutes. DETECT is charged at €35.00, while DETECT + RESOLVE and DETECT + RESOLVE + PREVENT are each charged at €25.00. We specify the rate for your work in your quotation.
