Can we continue supporting our customers ourselves?
Yes. We plan the collaboration with clearly assigned responsibilities for your team and NUXOA, including customer communication, access, maintenance approvals and the agreed support route.
Do we have to hand over every application to NUXOA?
No. You can combine your own administration with managed applications. Your proposal records which systems and tasks NUXOA handles.
Can existing customer environments move?
We review applications, data, licences and access. This forms the basis for the target configuration and an agreed transfer, testing and cutover plan.
