Need less than 500 Mbit/s or a custom configuration?

Discuss requirements

Commit: your minimum

The commit is your agreed minimum bandwidth. The monthly minimum charge still applies when you use less.

Port: connection speed

Your connection uses a 10, 40 or 100 Gbit/s port. The included minimum bandwidth depends on your chosen commit.

95th percentile: billing usage

The highest five percent of measurements are excluded. Usage above the commit is billed at the agreed rate. Your proposal specifies the contract term and billing details.

Three ways to connect

Choose the handoff that fits your infrastructure. We agree on location, bandwidth and BGP configuration before provisioning.

Cross-connect

A physical connection in the data centre between your infrastructure and our network.

IX port

Handoff through an internet exchange. We check the suitable IX and the connection through your port together.

GRE

A tunnel over an existing IP connection when a direct physical handoff is not planned.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IP Transit questions

Answers about bandwidth, DDoS protection and technical requirements.

Who is IP Transit for?

Providers, hosting businesses and companies with their own network infrastructure that need BGP connectivity to the global internet. Tell us your location, ASN and prefixes where available. We work through open technical questions together.

How do commit and port differ?

The commit is your paid minimum bandwidth. The port is the interface speed. A 1 Gbit/s commit on a 10 Gbit/s port therefore does not include 10 Gbit/s at the minimum price. Usage above your commit is charged at the agreed rate.

Is DDoS protection included?

Yes. Choose Standard or Premium. We discuss the protection your services need and set out the scope in your proposal.

Which availability and SLA apply?

Location, port capacity, redundancy and SLA are agreed for your connection. We check availability at your preferred location before you order.

Can I test the connection first?

You can request a free, non-binding 30-day trial with a 1 Gbit/s commit on a 10 Gbit/s port. Connectivity is available via cross-connect, IX port or GRE. It ends automatically without a subscription. We coordinate the location and technical setup before the trial starts.

Are IPv6 and RPKI supported?

Yes. AS51202 supports IPv4 and IPv6 in dual-stack operation and RPKI Route Origin Validation. Before go-live, we coordinate BGP, advertised prefixes and their ROA authorisations with you.
